President's Message It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that the ITTF responded to the initiative of Mr. Róbert Szentgyörgyi and the Hungárián Table Tennis Association to produce a table tennis "Lexicon" in the form of a dictionary of table tennis terms and expressions. The ITTF immediately deployed its humán resources in the form of our Media & Communications Manager to fully co-operate with Mr. Szentgyörgyi and the Hungárián Table Tennis Association in the publication of this very valuable multi-lingual tool. Every day it is becoming more evident that this publication will be useful not only to the news média but alsó to our umpires and referees in many parts of the world. This is just the first step and I sincerely hope that this initiative will launch a much broader response and that we will publish such dictionaries in many more languages. On behalf of the ITTF, I would üke to sincerely thank Mr. Szentgyörgyi and all those that contributed in the realisation of this very important part of our table tennis heritage. ) Adham Sharara ITTF President
