BULGARIA -the state, which was born on the crossroads of ancient cultures and which united the Bulgarians, the Slavs and the Thracians, which has managed to preserve their values; -the land, which has inspired its people to create a matchless wealth of colours, songs and rhythms; -the state, which has created unique cultural and scientific works distinguished by their impact on the development of humán civilisation; BULGARIA -the land of the Bulgarians who have resisted the challenges of history, who have remained true to the name of Bulgarians and to the Bulgárián nation since they set foot in these lands, who have kept the sacred thrill in their hearts - the pride of being Bulgaria's children; -the country, which believes in the future - its own and that of the world, which wants to preserve its children's laughter, the inspired striving of the young people and the wisdom of its people; -a part of the world, a worthy and goodwilling member of the great family of nations.
