Amikor 2012 elindult, tudtuk, hogy nehéz lesz. Azt is tudtuk, hogy szerethető az is, ami nehéz. Tartást ad az emberi létnek. Kiemel. Sőt. Erősít. Ezt éltük meg. Azt a magatartást, mely átsegített bennünket a hiányokon, az értetlenségeken, a rutinokon. Egy olyan generáció erősödését figyelhettük meg, akik biztonsággal készülnek a következő évekre, évtizedekre. Ezt szerettük volna üzenni a világnak. Képesek voltunk tehetségeket nemzetközi szinten felvonultatni. Ebben vagyunk érdekeltek. Ezért tartjuk magunkat szellemi műhelynek és Európa egyik meghatározó egyetemének. Szívesen kezdeményezünk. Hisszük, hogy a haladás gondolkodásmódja nem a forma, az esztétika, hanem a problémamegoldás. Nem a kiszolgálás, nem a követés, hanem az új utak keresése, a társadalmi problémákra adott válaszok összessége. Itt és most, Közép-Európában, Magyarországon. Folytatólagosan. Arról, hogy mi a közös, a köztes, a közösségi, az európai. When the year 2012 started, we knew that it would be difficult. We also knew that what is difficult can also be loved. It gives firmness to human existence. It makes us stand out. Moreover, it gives us strength. This is what we have lived. The attitude that helped us through the deficiencies, the lack of understanding and routines. We could observe the strengthening of a generation preparing for the next years and decades with confidence. This is what we wished to say to the world. We were capable of making talents internationally known. This is what we are interested in. This is why we consider ourselves an intellectual workshop and as one of the determining universities of Europe. We are eager to initiate. We believe that the development does not happen through form or aesthetics but through problem solving. Development is not serving or following, but searching for new ways, it is the totality of responses given to social problems. Here and now, in Central Europe, in Hungary.
