Overseas buyers are exempt from paying V.A.T. if the lots are posted to an address outside the U.K. All buyers will be liable to pay V.A.T. on the prémium.4.ExtensionsProspective buyers who wish to obtain an expert opinion on any lot (other than the mixed lot or lot containing undescribed stamps) are requested to notify Christie's Robson Lowe in writing not less than twenty-four hours before the time fixed for the commencement of the first session of the sale.
