Hogy mit jelent mindez a gyakorlatban? Magas színvonalú, valódi tartalmat és értéket közvetítő képzéseket és továbbképzéseket; olyan alap- és alkalmazott kutatásokat folytató aktív kutatócentrumokat melyeknek kutatási eredményei rangot adnak a Kar tudományos életének; magas szintű szolgáltatásokat, amelyek korszerű és hallgatóbarát tanulási-oktatási feltételeket biztosítanak a Kar polgárainak és vendégeinek; barátságos épületeket, amelyek nemcsak az oktatást közvetlenül elősegítő funkciókkal bírnak, hanem nemzetközi konferenciákra és kiállításokra, hallgatói vagy akár kulturális rendezvényekre egyaránt nyitottak; végül, de nem utolsósorban pedig olyan egyetemközi és nemzetközi együttműködéseket, amelyekből hasznos, eredményes és értékes produktumok születnek meg. Az új Kar felállítása, megszervezése, egyetemi létjogosultságának elismertetése, belső intézményrendszerének kiépítése határozott, céltudatos, centralizált irányítást igényelt, s ennek nyomán a Kar vezetése, oktatói, hallgatói és alkalmazottai olyan PPK-t teremtettek, amely ma stabilan áll a lábán, országos egyediségével, kimagasló oktatási -.
