A Pocketful of Economics for anybody who is interested in it [antikvár]

Dear Reader! This guide is an English-language business dictionary, specifically for Hungarians, who, first of all, want to prepare themselves for Hungary's eventual entry into Europe, so they can be active participants within the European Com-munity, by way ofeither a professional language exam and/ or self-education. Beside this it is a "mini study of economics" for those who were lucky enough to get and brave enough to accept an economic position without havirig studied economics. This is why I was eager to use as clear a style as possible without any concessions to the professionals. Those who know economie terminology (i. e. the terminol-ogy laid down in this book), please, forget the book. But those who can find new things in it and can adopt those for their own and for their firm's benefit, well, they are the real target ofmy ejforts. Presumably, the latter readers will use the stock ofmy book to make their business better and more profitable, and at the same time, get prestige for themselves being competitive on the Common Market.
