WHAT IS THE SILVA METHOD?
According to research conducted at Stanford University, people overall use no more than 2-3% of their mind's abilities. The Silva Method is a scientifically established, simple, practical, easy-to-learn self-improvement method, which allows one to use a much greater portion of his or her innate abilities. Consequently, one can solve all types of problems more successfully. Relaxation, which has been proven to reduce the harmful effects of stress, is a key element of the method.
The Silva Method is not religion. Both atheist and believer in God can learn to use the mind more effectively, just as one can learn to swim irrespective of one's political or religious beliefs. The Silva Method is not magic, but rather a little known way to more intelligently use your mind in an uncommonly effective manner for achieving your goals. This use of the mind is supplemental to the actions you take to achieve your goals. Our watchword is balance and this applies to reasonable harmony between action and thought or mental programming.
