Bibliography on mass spectrometry [antikvár]

INTRODUCTION Over the past twenty years the design and apphcation of mass spectrometers have been subject to extensive development. To help workers in this field a bibliography on the subject was compiled in 1948, and supplements to the bibliography have been produced regularly. The present bibhography combines the original bibliography with these supplements and covers the years 1938-1957 inclusive. It was published in this form in 'Advances in Mass Spectrometry' Pergamon (1959). The bibliography has been compiled from a file of abstracts prepared in the Research Department of Associated Electrical Industries (Manchester) Limited and from the following published sources: American Chemical Abstracts Analytical Chemistry British Journal of Applied Physics Engineering Index Industrial Arts Index Journal of Applied Physics Journal of Chemical Physics Journal of Research of the National Bureau of Standards Journal of Scientific Instruments Nature Physical Review Physics Abstracts Review of Scientific Instruments A number of references to American Patent Specifications are included; it should be noted, however, that no exhaustive patent search, as such, has been made.
