PREFACE This joint cultural Symposium, under the auspices of His Excellency the Ambassador of India Mr.Aftab Seth, provides the opportunity to raise the awareness on bio-environmental issues and to strengthen the bond between the two cultures. Both countries may delight in sharing deep historical roots, whilst simultaneously acknowledging the need for urgent action to be undertaken. The hope is to contribute in processing the guidelines we must all follow for the fiiture of our biocentric culture on this planet.
