INTRODUCTIONWe are very happy that after seven years hard work - beside a lot of difficulties - we can edit the No. 25th of Central European Political Science Review. Emails of readers and authors convinced us that during the seven years CEPSR established its professional reputation not only among the scholars of social sciences but also among the Central European intellectuals.The No. 25th of CEPSR treats the "Energies and Crafts of Powers". Behind the power could be works different energies and crafts, like oil, gas, social capital and political capital or different political cultures and multi color identities. This issue contains chapters on the power of new Russia, about the so called "consensual authoritarian system" and the evaluation of dictatorship. The readers can find important analysis's about the institutional engineering in EU and the needs of common European regulations of energy-politics. In the No. 25th of CEPSR we published chapter on the human face of the new democracies, the intercultural relations, identities and about the historical development of the Central European spirit.Our aim is to publish in the Central European Political Science Review those political science articles that analyze Central European events, issues and politics. We also welcome conference reports call for papers and book reviews for publication, which focus on Central Europe of have message for the region.For this way CEPSR can contribute to the strengthening of the relationship, understanding and exchange of information between the researchers and intellectuals of our new, democratic Central European region.The Editor
