INTRODUCTION
The No. 29"'of Central European Political Science Review is dealing with "The Lesson of National and Social Security". Richard R. Weiner (USA) in his chapter - Complementary Institutions and Reflexive Governance in Autonomous Social Law - Utilize a sophisticated strategy in comparative labor law, the concept of complementary institutions, traces genealogically and operatically a critical sociology of the law-creating capacity of associations. Vladimir Rukavishnyikov (Russia) in his chapter about USA-Russia security relation analyse the dispute and the public response on new international peace threats. Spencer B. Meredith (USA) wrote a very sophisticated chapter on the dangerous nuclear reactors in the European Union.
We are happy, that the No. 29"' of CEPSR has authors not only from Europe, but from USA and Latin America as well, and this sews us the great interests regarding to our quarterly.
Our aim is to publish in the Central European Political Science Review those political science articles that analyze Central European events, issues and politics. Welcome for CEPSR conference reports call for papers and book reviews for publication, which focus on Central Europe of have message for the region.
For this way CEPSR can help to the strengthening of the multilateral relationship of the citizens, and exchange of information between the researchers and intellectuals of our new, democratic Central European region.
