Guided Course in English Composition - Teachers Handbook [antikvár]

Preface This course was extensively taught before publication, so it seemed worthwhile to pass on this experience and the methods which were developed while using it. A second reason for this handbook is to provide the careful lesson plans and detailed teaching notes necessary for effective teaching, and so to save the time of busy teachers. The first two sections of the book explain the contents and intentions of the course. These are followed by sections dealing with teaching methods and the problem of correcting continuous writing. The rest of the book consists of detailed lesson plans and teaching notes. Again the authors wish to thank their students-particularly the ones who provided pieces of their own writing for inclusion in Section Threeand Gareth Griffiths who helped with the proofs of the students' book.
