CHOOSING A FIRST RIFLEIf this is your first firearm and you are going to start with a rifle, it is suggested that the choice be a single-shot bolt action in a .22, low-power calibre.If it is equipped with a good aperture (peep) sight and a front sight of comparable value, so much the better.
