From the Publisher This first edition of Istanbul to Cairo was edited in Lonely Planet's Melbourne office by Bethune Carmichael, with assistance from Michelle Coxall, Dan Goldberg, Anne Mulvaney and Julia Taylor. Anna Judd and Adriana Mammarella were responsible for design and layout, and Anna also coordinated the mapping.
