He was a modern Nostradamus who lived around the start of the twentieth century. He became a legend during his lifetime.Nicolaas van Rensburg was one of the most remarkable characters that ever lived in South Africa. His prophecies were well known from 1899 until his death in 1926.He was a simple man who had the gift of seeing the future. In his own lifetime he saw that the Boers would lose the Anglo-Boer War, and they did. He saw the fou nding of the National Party, as well as it's end. He also saw the outbreak of the Flu in this country, and many more which all happened, and became part of history.He not only foretold the future of South Africa, he also foretold that of Europe, America and England. Before his death in 1926 he predicted that ethnic violence will explode worldwide after the turn of this century and start World War III. He also foretold that during this coming war, when armies of the world will use terrifying ray's that will sow death and destruction and soak the earth in blood, many millions will die. He described events on the battlefield of the world and even foretold the outcome of this horrifying war.During the Second World War the then Prime Minister of South Africa General Jan Smuts prohibited the distribution of the Seer's prophecies.Here is a list of the prophecies he made from 1899 until his death in 1926 that were fulfilled since the 1960's.
