The participants of the Conference are asked to call at the Congress Office after their arrival or at latest 30 minutes before the opening celebrations to receive their congressional documentation. All matters concerning the accomodation and travel of the guests of the conference are attended to by the travel bureau „IBUSZ'-. Representative: Árpád Záborszky, Budapest V., Felszabadulás tér 5. Telephone: 180-497. A local office of the IBUSZ shall be on duty during the Conference at the Congress Office. V. Endorsement of foreigners' passports at the Ministry of the Interior's National Control Centre of Aliens, Budapest VI., Rudas László u. 45. Telephone: 118-660. Persons allocated by the IBUSZ are attended to by the hotel. VI. Speaking time: It is requested that the lecturers adhere strictly to the speaking times allotted to in the programme. Exceeding ot the limit cannot be permitted. VII. Projection possibilities: Slides of 5x5, 6x6, 9x12 cm and 16 mm motion pictures. The slides should be numbered by the lecturers on the top right hand corner and handed over to the projector 15 minutes before the lecture. VIII. The lecturers are requested to send in the full length manuscripts of their lectures to the Congress Office to enable synchronous interpretation. IX.
