F ORBÍOKD The Organising Conraiittee for PSCC7 has given a lot of thought to ways of organising the sessions to enable all members of the Conference adequate opportunities for discussion. This year, each morning and afternoon, there is a Special Lecture by an invited speaker on the state-of-the-art in a topic of current interest and activity. Reichert Summaries of these lectures are included in the Proceedings. For the generál discussions, the Committee selected a number of topics for which papers were invited.
