EDITORIAL NOTE 1952 L. Ron Hubbard was one of the first students of nuclear physics in the United States. In 1932 he believed that Life and its behavior obeyed natural laws of the same order as electrons and other particles of motion. He began a study and search which led him through many fields of science and across many continents.
