1 Introduction 1.1 The following Regulations govern the general
conduct of Pitman Qualifications examinations. Some examinations require specialist administration and individual syllabuses must be consulted.
1.2 Centres should note that failure to observe any one of the Regulations may result in the cancellation of all the examination papers and forfeiture of fees. Serious infringement may result in the termination of the Centre's registration.

1.5 Examination Syllabuses and examination papers will, where appropriate, use global contexts and scenarios including names and addresses worldwide.
1.6 All current examination papers and forms are the copyright of Sir Isaac Pitman Limited and must not be retained or copied in any form in whole or in part.
1.7 Pitman Qualifications takes every care to ensure that all examination papers are correctly issued and processed and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which may occur.
