Bővebb ismertető
Travel is both important and incredibly interesting. No matter where we go, we receive impressions and collect experiences. Then we go home, talk about them and recall them. Our life has become more colourful. Still, I believe that a really lasting memory is the fruit of properly understood experiences. That was my experience with Szentendre too. I frequently visited this place and talked about it. I was a part of the colourful turmoil. And sometimes when the crowds of people had gone home, on priváté strolls I got to know the real town. In wintertime, in lonely moments in museums when we were alone, the works of art, the artists and I, the creations opened up their real world for me. The more I learnt about Szentendre, the more interesting it became to me. The images were no longer put together like a strange game of chance, but they were fiiled with meaning; they were not merely beautiful and graceful, but they became complete works of art, individuals in their historical context. Slowly they worked their way into my heart.
