The Youth Vocational Training Programme and Educational Documents [antikvár]

HWHHI Preface The Vocational Youth Education Programme, a large-scale development programme, was implemented during the period 1991-1996 as a subprogramme of the Humán Resources Development World Bank Project. The aims of the present volume are: to document the large-scale development of the Vocational Youth Education Programme (financed from Hungárián and World Bank resources), to present its achievements, and to make accessible fór everyone the relevant documents connected with the overall development, including coursebooks, curricula and lesson schedules. In the spring of 1996 a collection of essays entitled Új szakképzési modell [A New Vocational Training Model fór Hungary] was published. Its 39 authors present the development concept and give accounts of the actual experiences of the new vocational training model, the content renewal of vocational education and the subject matter of the in-service training courses. This volume alsó evaluates the progress of the project and lists further tasks. This publication, which represents the management of the project and shows the process of development, and the two other publications, a booklet entitled Korszerű taneszközök [Modem Teaching Tools] published in 1997, and a collection of essays in a single volume entitled Új szakképzési modell [A New Vocational Training Model fór Hungary] published in 1996, complement one another very usefully from a practical point of view.
