"Health isn't everything, but without health, everything is nothing."
(Arthur Schopenhauer)
INTRODUCTION __
"I have studied living organisms for more than sixty years and I am convinced that our body is much more perfect than what the never-ending list of diseases might suggest The deficiencies of the human body are much less caused by innate defects, but rather by our abuses committed against our body."
(Albert Szent-Györgyi, Nobel Prize-winning physician, biochemist)
It is not customary, but even suspicious, if the book's editor recommends his own book. Now I am doing it nevertheless and encourage everyone to read the following pages with an open mind, having no reservations or preconceptions. I advise this because our LIFE itself - a life lived in good health - is at stake. The alternative and integrative solutions should not be regarded as a matter of belief. If we look at my original qualification as an electrical engineer, I myself am a rational man. That is why I tried to support my message with more scientific evidence (for example the fact that everyone older than 25 years needs QIO is confirmed by even two Nobel Prizes or that academic studies showed that no matter what kind of diet we are on, we are unable to ingest as many vitamins and minerals into the body as it requires for its healthy functioning - Géza Márai's studies at the Szent István University of Gödöllő). Dear Reader, "the power to Decide is Yours".

Environmental pollution is rising immensely, there is less and less clean water and uncontaminated food available. As it becomes our biggest treasure, we have to look at how much we value our health. But do we really protect and treasure it as such?
The contents of this book is made up by using my own personal experiences - as a practising naturopath for decades -, consultations with my colleagues, physicians and naturopaths, as well as significant works of the profession. I profess that the basis for the development of illnesses lies in our soul, and in fact there is no such thing as an incurable illness, only incurable person (Today this is not only a mere hypothesis, but a scientifically proven fact (psychoneuroimmunology).
The first step is to take responsibility for our life, actions and siclaiesses. The second is actively doing for healing ourselves. Mainly our lifestyle and its concomitant nutritional habits are responsible for our health problems. The poisons are interwoven with our everyday life: they are called cleaning agents and detergents, cosmetics, and in many cases even "medicine" and "food". These effects are joined by the lack of minerals, vitamins and enzymes. And the cherry on top is the stressful, rushing lifestyle.
Dietary supplements containing almost exclusively herbal substances are able to
