Foreword Varietas delectat" - used to say somé people, familiar with Latin. In English it should be something like Variety is the spice of life". Spice? Speaking about cooking it seems to be the most important ingredient of all good things to eat. And if we are thinking about our international cookbook, spices seem to be even more important. Somé of them are well known, but somé others might be rather unknown. Going through all these fine recipes, you will find exciting ones from every country from where we had participants at our famous and unforgettable summer courses! Belgium (Boulettes), Francé (a wonderful cake) Italy (guess what: pasta) Spain (tortilla naturally), Germany (Quarkkeulen, what is it in English?) (Please helpl), Finland (meatballs) .Denmark (Smoerrebrod) and last but not least: Hungary (Paprikáskrumpli which won the first prize, at least according to somé students, mostly because the great quantity which disappeared in a very short time) etc... etc. Simple and efficient recipes, easy to prepare, mostly for those people who attended all memorable intercultural evenings at -Pázmány Cuisine (not exactly cordon bleu, but almost...) You will alsó find somé rather funny portraits to remember those happy days.
