We need something written by an informed non-technical person that will explain the essential Y2K issues for other similarly non-technical people. We need something from a wife and mother that just comes out and answers the unasked practical and emotional questions that we women are all thinking about anyway. We need someone who, when people start panicking about cashing out their 401k plans,YlKfor W&men
